What's involved
- We inspect the roof and the attic, take photos and measure.
- You get a written estimate that names the shingles, underlayment, flashing and vents.
- On install day we tarp the yard and cover plants and gutters.
- Old shingles come off down to the deck. Soft or rotten plywood gets replaced.
- Ice and water shield goes in the valleys and at the eaves, synthetic underlayment everywhere else.
- New drip edge, flashing, vents and architectural shingles.
- A magnet sweep of the yard and driveway, then a walk-through with you.

Do I need to be home?
Not for the install. We do need someone there for the first inspection and the final walk-through.

We show you photos and replace it at the per-sheet price that's already in your written estimate. No surprise line items.
Can you work with my insurance?
Yes. If it's storm damage, we document it with photos and can meet your adjuster on the roof.
